Voice tremor is common and disturbing. It effects quality of life, perception of intellectual credibility, and sometimes intelligibility. There are many causes of tremor. Optimal treatment depends upon accurate diagnosis which the authors believe is accomplished best through a team approach. Hence, an interdisciplinary voice tremor center was established. The purpose of this editorial is to share the concept and encourage colleagues to consider the potential value of this approach.
